Every mom I know has around a million things going through her mind at any given moment. She’s wondering what to pack in tomorrow’s lunchbox, whether she remembered to take the chicken out of the oven, if that cough is something to worry about, or what to write on this week’s grocery list.
But beneath the everyday tasks and logistics are the thoughts we don’t always say out loud: those moments of doubt, frustration, guilt, exhaustion, or confusion that can make us wonder if we’re the only ones struggling.
